This is an updated version of the previous release. It's been substantially
improved. The entire book has been carefully proofread, so the number of
remaining errors should be minimal. A cover has been added, as has been the
previously omitted prologue. A colophon has been added, and DSB has been
properly credited. (Sorry, didn't mean to tread on any toes the first time).
Some of your requested this file on A4 paper, but we elected instead to match
the pagination of the book as closely as possible. As it is, the page numbering
is almost perfect, with any given text no more than half a page off from the
real book. If there turn out to be a lot of remaining errors (there shouldn't be),

Who decides which books get press (Harry Potter) and which get censored? After all, censorship is becoming America's favorite past-time. The US gov't (and their corporate friends), already detain protesters, ban books like "America Deceived" from Amazon and Wikipedia, shut down Imus and fire 21-year tenured, BYU physics professor Steven Jones because he proved explosives, thermite in particular, took down the WTC buildings. Free Speech forever (especially for books).

The U.S. Gov. is a federal republic and is working as intended. Giving money to fear mongers who write books will NEVER change that.
If you wish to have the same rights as anyone else you need to be in a democracy*. Don't try to change the Gov. to suit your personal needs, but instead, help us create a democracy*. Once we have a way of proving what we all want the Gov. will have no authority.
* The Democratic Party has nothing to do with a democracy, they are a party of (and for) a republic.
I"m trying to get this to read on my pocket pc as an ebook. While the nearly-identical layout out of the pdf and the real book is a cute idea, it really breaks the ability to export it as text or html and not get the header and footer interspersed everywhere.
Would you have the ability to release a version in html or rtf that is still well formatted, but not so well formatted as the pdf?
It not ofcoss PROOF READ, one for thing i know is and many of errors are still there..
